Eating Healthy
It seems that most the recipes I've posted have been extremely fattening. Although delish they are probably not great for the waistline. I actually cook a lot of healthy stuff too. I just haven't posted any of those because I don't think they make the cut for the blog. I've run out of ideas! So I turned to Pinterest (what else?) for inspiration. I've made my "Healthy Grub" board and have found a TON of yummy recipes I'm excited to try. So I will pass on the good ones to you and anything else I make up in the kitchen! I bought some Quinoa. I've heard great things about it but never even knew it existed. Soo, stay tuned.
I'm making Southwest Stuffed Bell Peppers tonight with ground turkey. If it makes the "blog cut" I'll post the recipe. :)
