This recipe is for 15 sandwiches, but you can cut the recipe in half easily.
3/4 cup butter, melted
2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp dried minced onions
2-3 teaspoons sugar
15 dinner rolls, sliced
shredded cheddar cheese
15 thin slices deli ham
shredded mozzarella cheese
Mix the butter, mustard, onion, and sugar. Dip the roll bottoms (cut side) to soak up the mixture and place them in a baking pan. Top each sandwhich with ham and shredded cheddar. I used small dinner rolls, so I folded the ham in fourths to fit Top with shredded cheese and then the roll tops. Drizzle remaining mixture and a little mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes or until all cheese is melted. Enjoy! These make great little appetizers.
